- Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2067 of 17 November 2015 laying down the minimum requirements and conditions for mutual recognition for the certification of natural persons in relation to fluorinated greenhouse gases stationary refrigeration systems, air conditioning systems and heat pumps
Does your company want to install, maintain, service, repair or decommission systems containing fluorinated greenhouse gases, check them for leaks or recover the gases? Then you need a company certificate.
You require a company certificate in accordance with the Chemicals Climate Protection Ordinance if your company installs, maintains, repairs or decommissions the following stationary systems:
- Refrigeration and air conditioning systems,
- heat pumps and
- fire protection systems.
Parts of your company that install, service or maintain stationary refrigeration systems within your company also require certification.
The reason for this is that the systems contain certain fluorinated greenhouse gases. Companies that operate such systems must prevent these climate-damaging gases from escaping, repair leaks as quickly as possible and regularly check the systems and applications for leaks.
You may only carry out these leak tests and maintenance and repair work if your company is certified. A certificate for the certification of the company will be issued to you upon application.
