If you wish to apply for approval as a livestock trading company, you must submit the application to the competent authority.
Anyone wishing to operate a livestock trading business aimed at buying cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, horses or poultry on a commercial basis directly or via third parties and reselling them within 30 days of purchase or transferring them to another farm or facility requires approval from the competent authority
