As an Undertaking for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities- Capital Management Company or Alternative Investment Fund Capital Management Company, you can apply for a distribution certificate from the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
BaFin can issue a certificate to you as a domestic capital management company or EU management company upon request. This confirms that you comply with the regulations of the relevant directives, related to a
- domestic undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) or
- domestic alternative investment fund (AIF).
