You can achieve this by applying for the attribution of one plot of land to the other property (main plot) at the land registry.
From previously independent plots of land, a uniform new plot of land is created, which in some cases can thus be used more economically sensibly.
- Application in publicly certified form, as it also contains the permit according to § 19 GBO, with designation of the participating properties
- Existence of several plots of land or rights equivalent to immovable property
- Publicly certified application of the owner of the participating land
- A plot of land should only be attributed to another property as a component if there is no confusion about it.
This means that, for example, due to different loads on the properties, the entries can become confusing and difficult to understand. The legal status of the property must always be clearly recognizable. - The participating plots should be directly adjacent to each other in the same land register and cadastral district.
