The market values determined are published on the LAGB website.

The Saxony-Anhalt State Office for Geology and Mining (LAGB) determines the market value for mineral resources and informs you of this without giving reasons. For mineral resources that do not have a market value, the LAGB determines the value to be used as a basis for the extraction levy and informs you of this without giving reasons.

The notification will be published on the LAGB website.

Submit the following information:

• the market value for the previous survey period revenues,
• quantities
• Prices (quotient of revenue (excluding transportation costs, VAT and discounts) and quantity)

You are liable to pay extraction tax if you are the holder of a permit, provided that non-mining mineral resources are extracted or co-extracted in the permit area.

None.

Submit the required information to the LAGB by March 31 of each year:

• the market value-forming revenues for the previous survey period,
• quantities
• Prices (quotient of revenue (excluding transportation costs, VAT and discounts) and quantity)

The LAGB determines the market value and publishes it on the LAGB website.
