You must inform the aviation authority when you will start erecting an aviation obstacle subject to approval, such as equipment or construction equipment.

To do this, you must have a permit for the aviation obstacle from the competent authority. If you know the date of the start of construction, you must notify the aviation authority immediately.

After completion of the construction, you immediately forward the survey data to the aviation authority. The aviation authority shall transmit the data to an air navigation service provider. The air navigation service provider shall publish the measurement data of the aeronautical obstacle to air traffic.

Inform the aviation authority when you will start erecting an approved aviation obstacle. To do this, you show the aviation authority your contact details, the permit as well as the location and the start of construction of the aviation obstacle.

You must submit the notification to the aviation authority before you start construction. The aviation authority will then check your information.

If you do not yet have a permit for your project, you must first apply for one from the competent authority.

When you are done erecting, provide the aviation authority with the actual survey data of the obstacle. Your details will be verified by the aviation authority and transmitted to an air navigation service provider. The air navigation service provider shall publish the data on air traffic safety.

If you do not immediately submit the notification of the start of construction to the aviation authority, administrative offence proceedings may be initiated against you.
