Cooperation agreement between the long-term care insurance funds and the city of Halle (Saale)
From 2010 onwards, the networked care counselling service was established and expanded in Saxony-Anhalt. The aim is to provide free and independent advice close to home
of the citizen. The long-term care insurance funds and the city of Halle (Saale) have therefore concluded a cooperation agreement that makes it possible to bundle counselling services in the nursing sector and to achieve a network of the numerous counselling services. Those in need of care and their relatives thus receive individual care advice regardless of whether they belong to the health insurance fund. The city of Halle (Saale) provides these consulting services in the Department of Social Affairs.
