If you have been granted and paid funding for advisory services for agricultural enterprises or producer associations, you must submit proof of use by the deadline.

The Ministry of Economy, Tourism, Agriculture and Forestry of Saxony-Anhalt (MWL) supports you with funding for consulting services for agricultural enterprises or producer associations.

If you have received a grant for your advice, you must submit proof of use within a certain period of time.

• Written proof of use including:
  • factual report
  • Payment overview
  • Consultation protocol
• If not already submitted with the payment request:
  • Invoice to the agricultural enterprise/producer association (final beneficiary)
  • Proof of payment of the agricultural enterprise's/producer group's (final beneficiary's) own contribution
• You can submit the following documents as proof:
  • originals
  • Copies or certified copies of the originals with a verification note
  • Payment receipts that were sent exclusively in electronic form (original digital receipts)

Please keep the originals so that you can present them if required.

• You must have received a grant notification for the promotion of agricultural advisory services.
• You must have been paid the grant.
• You must have completed the advisory service.

• You must provide written evidence of the use of the funding approved and disbursed for agricultural advisory support. Please use the "Proof of use" form provided for this purpose. This is available online in the ELAISA portal.
• Send the proof of use with the required evidence to the Office for Agriculture, Land Consolidation and Forestry (ALFF) Anhalt by June 30 of the following year at the latest.
• After the proof of use has been checked by the granting authority, you will receive an audit notification certifying that the funds granted have been used properly, provided that no objections were found as a result of the audit. If necessary, documents relevant to the audit may be requested.
• If funding is not used on time or not used for the intended purpose or not used in full, the funding will be reclaimed accordingly. In this case, we will also check whether interest is to be charged on the reclaimed funding.
• The original receipts submitted in paper form will be returned to you.

Cut-off period: 6 months after the end of the approval period (applies in the event of non-compliance; the grant awarded will be reclaimed)

If grants are reclaimed, you can take legal action against the granting authority's decision. The decision will then be reviewed. Details of this procedure can be found in the information on legal remedies at the end of your decision. We recommend that you talk to the granting authority first before taking legal action against the decision.

• Beneficiaries are private consultancy providers (regardless of their legal form) who advise agricultural enterprises or producer associations on improving animal welfare and on economic and environmental production conditions.
• Once the funding has been approved and paid out, the beneficiary must submit proof of use.
• The form for the proof of use and the associated attachments, including a factual report and proof of the hours of advice provided, are available online in the ELAISA portal
