The state government congratulates retirees on the completion of the 100th year of life and on each subsequent birthday as well as marriage anniversaries on the occasion of the 50th, 60th, 65th, 70th and 75th wedding anniversaries. From the 100th birthday or the 60th anniversary of marriage, certificates of honor signed by the Prime Minister are presented.
The preparation of the congratulatory certificates for the 50th, 60th, 65th, 70th, 75th marriage anniversaries as well as the 100th and following birthdays is carried out by the Department of Hazard Prevention, Sovereign Affairs, Sport of the State Administration Office.
