Application for funding for inter-company training measures according to Part II/2 H of the ESF Guideline "Vocational Training", No. 01414

The funding programme "Inter-company training measures" enables trainees to achieve the vocational qualification they are aiming for. Project promoters who offer parts of professional training in the fields of agriculture, forestry and home economics can receive financial support upon application.

What is funded?

Supra-company training measures to supplement and deepen

• in-company training in the occupations of agriculture, forestry and home economics
• in corresponding training-integrating courses of study

• Flat rates for course costs: between EUR 253.00 and EUR 1,897 per participant and course (depending on type of training)
• Lump sum for accommodation costs: EUR 61.00 per participant and course week

Target group: Trainees in agricultural, forestry and domestic science professions in the Free State of Saxony.

Further requirements

• the training contract is entered in the register of vocational training relationships in accordance with § 34 BBiG (Berusfbildungsgesetz)
• Training in a recognised training occupation
• supported content in accordance with the training regulations and decided by the vocational training committee at the Saxon State Ministry of Energy, Climate Protection, Environment and Agriculture (Staatsministerium für Energie, Klimaschutz, Umwelt und Landwirtschaft).

In the first step, you can use the advisory services offered by the Sächsische Aufbaubank - Förderbank - (SAB).

• You can obtain the necessary forms and information sheets online here via Amt24 or directly from the SAB.
• Complete the application and compile the application documents, separately according to the allocation of the apprentice's training facility to the regions (more developed region / transition region).
• Submit the applications to the competent office. This office will forward the applications to the SAB after a preliminary review.
• After the SAB has reviewed the application, you will receive written notification of whether and to what extent your application has been approved.

Payment

• You apply to the SAB for disbursement using the appropriate form and the required supporting documents.
• After the review of the proof of use, you will receive the grant as a one-off payment to the account you specified.

• Application: possible after conclusion of the contract or start of training
• Proof of use: one month after completion of the project at the latest

• More developed region = Leipzig administrative district and municipalities of the former district of Döbeln
• Transition region = Directorate districts of Chemnitz and Dresden
