As the owner or operator of a telecommunications line, you require the consent of the landowner to lay or modify this infrastructure. If the property is a public highway, you must submit the application to the responsible highway authority.

If you are the owner or operator of a telecommunications line or a telecommunications network serving public purposes, you require the consent of the landowner to relocate or modify this infrastructure. If the property is a public traffic route, you must submit the application to the road owner. With the approval of the road owner, you can obtain any other necessary permits.

Once you have obtained all the necessary permits, you can generally start the construction work. Please note any conditions, ancillary provisions and agreed deadlines.

The telecommunications company or service provider submitting the application is guided by the standardized application form so that relevant aspects can be transmitted easily. The functional addresses set up ensure that applications are routed in a targeted manner or assigned to the relevant departments. This shortens response times and you will receive an answer to your request in a short time. This should also speed up the approval process.

You can apply for line relocations in writing or online. The process begins with the application and ends with the notice of approval from the infrastructure manager and its digital provision. You can also submit a preliminary request first.

• As a telecommunications company or service provider, you submit your "Application for cable laying" via our website under the "Service" section and submit further documents here if necessary.
• The application is submitted via the specified functional addresses.
• Information on the implementation of the construction measure and the location/location must be entered.
• You must show the route of the pipeline on informative plans and attach them to your application in digital form.

• You can also enclose other documents relating to the construction project in digital form or in free form in your e-mail.
• The infrastructure manager will process the application.
