Note: There is no legal basis for issuing a permit to place advertising outside built-up areas. In exceptional cases, a special permit is issued (in accordance with ARS 32/2001).
You can also use public roads and paths for purposes other than traffic and public use. If you want to advertise in public spaces, you must apply for a special use permit.
Anyone can use public roads, paths and squares as intended. If you want to advertise something outside enclosed spaces or in public areas, for example by putting up posters, this constitutes a use that goes beyond the normal use of public space (common use). You need a special use permit for this. You must have the special use permit before you start advertising.

If you wish to apply for permission for special use, you can submit the application informally in writing to the competent authority.

Even if all factual and legal requirements are met, you are not entitled to be granted a special use permit. The competent authority decides on your application at its own discretion.
The competent authority will grant you the special use permit for a limited period of time and subject to revocation. This means that the permit issued can be withdrawn. The permit is usually issued with conditions that you must fulfill.
The competent authority may require you to pay for the removal of any damage caused by your special use. The competent authority may also require you to make an advance payment or deposit a sum of money as security.
