In order to apply for an exemption from the requirements for an auction or the notification of an auction, you must have a valid license to carry on the auctioneer's business in accordance with the Trade, Commerce and Industry Regulation Act. if necessary, after obtaining an opinion from the local Chamber of Industry and Commerce, exceptions to the time limits, e.g. perishable auction goods. The competent authority will examine individual cases.
A fee of €15.30 - €102 is charged for the approval of an exception.
In the event of rejection:
If an application to carry out an official act is withdrawn before it is completed, up to 75 percent of the full fee is payable depending on the expenses already incurred (Section 9 (2) SaarlGebG).

The administrative fees are set in accordance with the Act on the Levying of Administrative and User Fees in Saarland (SaarlGebG) in conjunction with the General Fee Schedule for Saarland (GebVerz) (here: Section 679).
