As a trader, you require a stand permit to participate in markets.
You can submit your application for a daily stand in verbal or written form. For an annual or seasonal stand, however, you must submit a written application.
If the market is not established in accordance with the trade regulations:
- Travel trade license or
- special use permit.
In the case of employees, a duplicate or certified copy of the traveling trade card of the trader must be carried.
In the case of established markets in accordance with Section 69 of the Trade, Commerce and Industry Regulation Act (GewO), there is no requirement for a traveling trade license.
