Company cards (also company cards) are issued to owners of companies or businesses whose driving personnel carry out transportation that falls under Regulation (EEC) No. 3820/85 or must comply with the driving and rest periods in accordance with Section 1 of the Driving Personnel Ordinance (FPersV).
Driver, workshop and company cards are issued on application.
- Proof of business registration,
- Proof of the name of the owner or authorized representative (power of representation if applicable),
- previous company card in the event of an application for renewal due to damage or malfunction.
The company card is valid for 5 years.
A follow-up application must be submitted in good time, at the earliest 6 months before the expiry date.
