Requirements:

• You and, if applicable, the trader in whose business the game is to be organized must have the necessary reliability.
• You are in possession of a clearance certificate issued by the Federal Criminal Police Office or a copy of the clearance certificate.

The competent authority may impose conditions at any time, both on you and on the trader in whose establishment the game is being organized. In the event of non-compliance, the permit may be revoked at any time, as well as if the clearance certificate has been withdrawn or revoked.

• Clearance certificate or its imprint (issued by the Federal Criminal Police Office),
• Extract from the commercial register for legal entities,
• information from the central trade register (GZR, document type 9)),
• current certificate of good conduct for submission to an authority (document type 0),
• Certificate in tax matters from the responsible tax office,
• Tax clearance certificate from the municipality of residence,
• Extract from the debtor register and
• certificate from the insolvency court.

A fee of between 20.00 and 400.00 euros is currently charged in accordance with the Annex to the State Ordinance on Administrative Fees. Detailed information can be obtained from the responsible office.

Anyone wishing to organize another game as a "travelling trade" within the meaning of Section 33d GewO requires a permit from the competent authority for the respective place of business in accordance with Section 60a GewO. Please note that different fees may be associated with this than with the "standing trade".
