In the event of disputes between craft businesses and clients, the mediation body can be called upon.
In the event of disputes between skilled crafts businesses and their clients, both parties to the dispute can make use of the mediation body (arbitration board) set up by the Chamber of Skilled Crafts. The task of the arbitration board is to bring about an out-of-court settlement. The mediators working at the arbitration board are obliged to be impartial.
