Casino Act of the State of Schleswig-Holstein (SpielbG SH).
In Schleswig-Holstein, casinos may only be operated by companies with a legal form under private law whose shares are wholly or predominantly held by the state of Schleswig-Holstein or a public law institution with legal capacity with its registered office in Schleswig-Holstein.
A license to operate a casino can therefore only be granted to a company that meets these requirements.
§ Section 3a of the Schleswig-Holstein Gaming Act (SpielbG SH) regulates which documents are required.
Fees of 0.13% of the gross gaming revenue for a financial year are charged for each license year.
