For questions regarding the law on benefits, the state association of long-term care insurance funds, the inspection services of the insurance funds (MDK, PKV) and the municipal social association (KSV M-V) are the points of contact. Questions about the suitability of a facility, free capacities or alternatives to inpatient accommodation are answered by the regional care support points.
