As a trader, you require a stand permit to participate in markets (Title IV of the Trade Regulations).
- Application to the competent authority
- If the market is not established in accordance with Section 69 of the Trade, Commerce and Industry Regulation Act, a traveling trade license and a special use permit are required. In the case of employees, a duplicate or a certified copy of the trader's traveling trade license is required.
The stand space at a market is usually associated with costs. These may depend on the municipal market statutes or the conditions of the organizer.
