You are the owner of several properties and would like them to be entered in the land register as a single property.

Do you own several properties and want them to be entered in the land register as a single property?

You can achieve this by applying to the land registry to have one property added to the other (main property).

This creates a single new plot of land from previously separate plots of land, which in some cases can be used more efficiently.

Erforderliche Unterlagen

  • Application in officially certified form, as it also contains the authorization pursuant to § 19 GBO, with designation of the properties involved

Voraussetzungen

  • Existence of several properties or rights equivalent to real property
  • Publicly certified application by the owner of the properties involved
  • A property should only be attributed to another property as a component if there is no risk of confusion.
    This means, for example, that the entries can become confusing and difficult to understand due to different encumbrances on the properties. The legal status of the property must always be clearly recognizable.
  • The properties involved should be directly adjacent to each other in the same land register and cadastral district.
  • The owner must be pre-registered.

If the requirements are met, the land registry enters the attribution in the land register.

Land registry office of the local court where the land registers are kept.

If the land registers are kept by different land register offices, the land register office that keeps the land register for the main property is responsible for deciding on the application for attribution and, if the application is granted, for keeping the land register for the entire property.
