Approved inspection bodies can request a shortened inspection period for systems requiring monitoring in accordance with the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health, which is then ordered by the responsible body.

After a periodic inspection or a safety assessment of systems requiring monitoring, it is possible to order a shortened inspection period.

The prerequisite is the required deadline reduction by an approved inspection body (ZÜS).

Fees and expenses are incurred.

• Online: Notification of the requirement for a shortened inspection period by the approved inspection body (ZÜS)
• Not online: Follow-up action by the authority
• Hearing and ordering of the shortened inspection period after notification by the ZÜS.

• Operation of systems requiring monitoring in accordance with the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health Inspection Shortening of an inspection period to ensure safety
• The prerequisite for this is the required shortening of the deadline by an approved inspection body (ZÜS).
• ZÜS reports this to the responsible body
