Notify the aviation authority of the start of the erection of an obstacle to aviation, such as a crane or construction equipment, after you have received approval for this project.

You must inform the aviation authority when you intend to start erecting an aviation obstacle that requires approval, such as installations or construction equipment.

To do this, you must have a permit for the aviation obstacle from the competent authority. If you know the date of the start of construction, you must notify the aviation authority immediately.

Once construction is complete, you must forward the survey data to the aviation authority without delay. The aviation authority transmits the data to an air traffic control organization. The air traffic control organization publishes the survey data of the obstacle for air traffic.

Notify the aviation authority when you will start erecting an approved aviation obstacle. To do this, you must provide the aviation authority with your contact details, the approval, the location and the start date of the installation of the obstacle.

You must submit the notification to the aviation authority before you start erecting the obstacle. The aviation authority will then check your details.

If you do not yet have a permit for your project, you must first apply for one from the relevant authority.

When you have finished erecting the obstacle, inform the aviation authority of the actual measurement data of the obstacle. Your data will be checked by the aviation authority and transmitted to an air traffic control organization. The air traffic control organization publishes the data for the safety of air traffic.

If you do not immediately submit the notification of the start of construction to the aviation authority, you may be subject to administrative offense proceedings.
