• owners of owner-occupied residential property.

How is funding provided?

The grant is awarded within the framework of project funding as fixed-amount financing in the form of a non-repayable subsidy. The amount of the grant is EUR 500 per system and housing unit, but no more than the amount of the eligible expenditure if this is less than EUR 500.

Eligible expenditure is expenditure for the purchase and installation.

Not eligible for funding are

• Accessories and conversion kits
• Own work and assistance from third parties
• self-construction.

Incomplete applications submitted as a precaution will not be considered for approval.

• Completed application and proof of use from grants for plug-in photovoltaic systems (PV systems)

• Private individuals with a primary residence in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern
• Tenants in residential buildings or owners of owner-occupied residential property
• Purchase and installation of the plug-in photovoltaic system with a purchase date from 08.11.2022

• Written applications must be submitted in the correct form and copies of all the necessary supporting documents must be submitted after the system has been successfully installed and commissioned.
• Applications will only be approved if they are complete.
• Approvals are granted in the chronological order of receipt of complete applications per contingent (tenant or owner) as long as budget funds are available.

• The object of the grant is the purchase and installation of plug-in PV systems (so-called mini balcony power plants or balcony PV modules) with a module inverter.
• Only PV systems with a purchase date after November 7, 2022 will be considered for approval.
• The maximum amount of the grant is EUR 500.00 per system.
• Incomplete applications submitted as a precaution will not be considered for approval.
