You will receive a permit if you fulfill the obligations under the Federal Immission Control Act and the project does not conflict with any other public law regulations.

Fees are charged for the official act. The amount is primarily based on the installation costs of the facility or the administrative costs. Further details are regulated by the Immission Control Costs Ordinance M-V.

If you wish to apply to the competent authority for the construction and operation of an installation requiring a permit under immission control legislation using the simplified procedure, you must first submit the application documents in full.

You can do this in writing or electronically. The competent authority will confirm receipt of the application in writing or electronically, check it for completeness and, if necessary, involve other specialist authorities.

If necessary, the authority will request further documents.
