As the operator of a prostitution business, you must notify the competent authority of any significant changes.
If you operate a prostitution business, you must report any significant changes to the competent authority. This includes the following changes:
- Changes to the operating concept,
- personnel changes, i.e. all changes that affect the deputy, the management/operations management, the supervision of a business,
- Changes to the company data or the data of the legal representative,
- Changes to the personal data of the operating person,
- Changes to the personal data of persons subject to the background check, such as deputies, management, supervision, etc.
The changes are first checked by the competent authority. If necessary, they will amend your permit to operate a prostitution business accordingly.
In the event of changes to the operating concept:

- Surname, first name
- Certificate of good conduct for submission to an authority according to document type "0", or European certificate of good conduct
- Identity card, passport or residence permit
In the event of a change in the company data or data of the legal representative:
- The documents and evidence relating to the change.
In the event of changes to the personal data of the operating person:
- The documents and evidence relating to the change.
In the event of changes to the personal data of persons subject to the background check, such as deputies, managers, supervisors, etc.: The documents and evidence relating to the change:
- The documents and evidence relating to the change
- You require a valid permit to operate a prostitution business in accordance with Section 12 of the Prostitution Protection Act (ProstSchG),
- The intended changes must not conflict with the reasons for refusal according to § 14 ProstSchG.

You submit the notification of changes in the prostitution business and the corresponding documents to the competent authority.
The competent authority will check the documents and, if necessary, carry out a background check.
If the check is positive, the competent authority will make the changes to the license to operate a prostitution business.
Planned significant personal and/or operational changes must be reported immediately.
Appeal (appeal may be excluded depending on national law), administrative court action
