If you have a temporary permit to provide a prostitution vehicle and wish to extend it, you must apply to the competent authority.

If you operate a prostitution business and have been granted a temporary permit for the provision of a prostitution vehicle, you can apply to have this extended. The prerequisite for the extension is that the relevant requirements continue to apply.

Sole proprietorship (natural person):

• Identity card, passport, electronic residence permit if applicable
• Operating concept
• Certificate of good conduct for submission to an authority according to document type "0", or European certificate of good conduct

Companies (legal entities), for example GmbH:

• Current excerpt from the commercial register / register of cooperatives
• Copy of the articles of association
• Operating concept
• Identity card, passport, electronic residence permit for the legal representative(s) if applicable
• Certificate of good conduct for submission to an authority according to document type "0" for the legal representative(s), or European certificate of good conduct

For prostitution vehicle permit additionally:

• Operating license (registration certificate part I and part II)

The relevant requirements of the original permit are still fulfilled.

Are based on the respective administrative fee schedule of the state or on the fee statutes of the authorities responsible under state law.

You submit the application for renewal of the permit to provide a prostitution vehicle and the corresponding documents to the competent authority.

The competent authority will check the documents and, if necessary, carry out a new background check.

If the check is positive, the competent authority will extend the permit.

Before the permit expires.

Operating a prostitution business without a valid permit is an administrative offense.
