The Trade Regulation Act defines a traveling trade as an itinerant trade, for example the owner of a market stall, showman or "flying trader". You operate an itinerant trade if you offer goods or services commercially outside your commercial establishment or without having a commercial establishment without making an appointment in advance. To operate a traveling trade, you need a permit, the traveling trade card.
Exceptions to Sundays and public holidays in the itinerant trade require express approval in certain cases.
