Erlaubnis zum Führen des Zusatzes Landwirtschaftliche Buchstelle zur Berufsbezeichnung beantragen

Tax consultants, tax agents, lawyers and established European lawyers who demonstrate comprehensive specialist knowledge in tax and business matters in the field of agriculture and forestry may be authorized to use the title "Landwirtschaftliche Buchstelle" in addition to their professional title.

The special professional expertise must be proven by means of an oral examination before a specialist committee set up by the Chamber of Tax Consultants. Persons who can prove their special expertise through relevant training and who have provided tax advice to accounting agricultural and forestry businesses for at least three years can be exempted from the oral examination on application.

The following persons/groups of persons and companies are authorized to use the designation "Landwirtschaftliche Buchstelle":

• Partnership companies may use the designation "Landwirtschaftliche Buchstelle" as an addition to their name if at least one partner is entitled to use this designation.
• Tax consulting companies may use the designation "Landwirtschaftliche Buchstelle" as an addition to the company or name if at least one legal representative is authorized to use this designation as an addition to the professional title.
• Associations, corporations under public law and associations of persons are also entitled to use the designation "Landwirtschaftliche Buchstelle".

Applications for an oral examination must be submitted by applicants from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern to the Schleswig-Holstein Chamber of Tax Consultants. Applications received by the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Chamber of Tax Consultants will be forwarded to the Schleswig-Holstein Chamber of Tax Consultants.

Identification document; alternatively passport with confirmation of registration

A fee of EUR 150 must be paid to the responsible Chamber of Tax Consultants for processing the application for the award of the title "Landwirtschaftliche Buchstelle", unless a different amount is specified in a schedule of fees.

According to its scale of fees, the Schleswig-Holstein Chamber of Tax Consultants charges a fee of EUR 350.00 for the award of the professional title "Landwirtschaftliche Buchstelle".

You must submit an application to be able to use the addition "Farm Accountancy Office" to your professional title.

The authorization to use the designation "Landwirtschaftliche Buchstelle" must be entered in the professional register.

The authorization "Agricultural Accountant" is granted by the Chamber of Tax Consultants in whose district the applicant has his professional establishment.
