The service of the authority consists mainly in the assessment of the test site, in the control of the proof of the completion of a training course for the equipment control fitter and the necessary further training. Furthermore, the devices for the execution of the plant protection device control are to be examined.

After receipt of the application, the applicant is contacted and an on-site appointment is arranged. Here, the site is inspected and the necessary documents are reviewed.

If a control workshop is approved, this applies for the duration until the TLLLR objects to it or the applicant himself withdraws.

Trained inspection personnel for plant protection equipment inspection and necessary technical requirements for carrying out the respective inspections. Availability of a suitable location (inspection hall at least 50m long).
