Is your company involved in the commercial transportation of goods or passengers and your company card is not working? Then you can apply for a replacement card from the relevant office.

If your company card is inoperable, you will need a replacement immediately. You can apply for a replacement card as an entrepreneur or as an authorized representative.
The original card loses its validity when a replacement card is issued.
As an entrepreneur, you are responsible for the proper use of the card or cards. You must also ensure that the company card is entered into the tachograph at the beginning and end of the use of the vehicle for your company in order to assign the use of the vehicle to your company.

• verifiable documents on the name, address, registered office, legal representative of the company

• Your company uses vehicles that must have a digital tachograph.
• Your company card is not working.

• Complete the application, sign it and submit it together with all the necessary documents.
• The application and documents will be checked for completeness and the card will be ordered from the Federal Motor Transport Authority.
• The card will be sent to you directly by the Federal Motor Transport Authority. At the same time, you will receive the notification of administrative costs from the TLV.
• If you want to apply for the company card online:
  • Submit the application and the required documents to the online service (please enter the name) and pay the administrative costs.
  • The application and documents will be checked for completeness and payment and the card will be ordered from the Federal Motor Transport Authority.
  • The card will be sent to you directly by the Federal Motor Transport Authority.

An appeal can be lodged against the decision.

• Company card replacement due to malfunction or damage
• In the event of malfunction or damage to the company card, the company as cardholder must immediately inform the competent authority that issued the card

• Replacement company card remains valid until the same date as the stolen original card - if this would have been valid for more than 6 months
  • Validity period does not start again from the beginning
  • If the remaining term of the card is less than 6 months, a new card is issued to the company
