In the federal state of Thuringia, the Thuringian application system for administrative services (ThAVEL) is the single point of contact. The entire electronic processing of administrative procedures is carried out quickly and easily here.

Personal contact persons are available at the support facilities in the Thuringian chambers of commerce. The basis for this is the Thuringian ES Establishment Act.

There are no costs for using the Thuringian application system for administrative services (ThAVEL).

The provision of simple or written information by the support facilities and the personal contact persons is free of charge. For extensive and complex searches by the personal contact persons, fees of €16.00 per 15 minutes or part thereof will be charged in accordance with the Thuringian General Administrative Cost Regulations (ThürAllgVwKostO).
