- transport livestock commercially or as part of the division of labor in livestock production (transport company) or
- want to operate an assembly center,
you need a license for this.

- in the case of the operation of a collection point: additionally the location of the collection point
Fees are charged for the issue of such an authorization in accordance with the applicable state ordinance on fees for public veterinary service authorities in conjunction with the special fee schedule.
