If you carry out a planting on an identical vineyard as the previous grubbing-up and the resulting planting potential still exists, the planting is deemed to be approved. In this case, you do not need to submit an application.

Planting without an existing decision leads to an unauthorized vineyard area. This is an administrative offense that can be punished.
