1. reporting obligation: All natural and legal persons who produce and market wine are obliged to report the oenological processes. According to EU regulations, wine producers must report the possession of enrichment agents (e.g. beet sugar), the increase in alcohol content, deacidification and sweetening. This reporting obligation is limited to what is absolutely necessary and is summarized in a single report for several measures.
