For an important reason, primary school students can also attend in another school district and thus change.

Pupils of primary schools attend the school in whose school district they live or have their habitual residence. For important reasons, they can also attend another primary school.

• if applicable, evidence of the important reasons presented

• important personal or educational reason
• Agreement of both school administrations
• Consultation of the body responsible for school transport by the school management

There are no fees-

The change of school district must be applied for at the locally responsible primary school or at the desired primary school, stating the important reasons. The decision is made by the head teacher in agreement with the head teacher of the other primary school.

Before starting school, the application should be submitted within the regular registration deadlines (third or fourth full week of school after the summer holidays of the previous year). If the important reason occurs later, the application can be made at any time.

It is possible to object.

Applicants must contact the school management of the primary school responsible for their district of residence or the school management of the desired primary school.
