You can attend a training event with the competent authority or be recognised as an examination and certification body.

For certain work on e.B refrigeration or air conditioning systems, certificates of competence are required for the implementing personnel. These certificates are issued after passing the examination. Undertakings wishing to carry out tests or issue certificates must be recognised by the competent authority.

Information on the content of the course, on the teachers carrying out the event, on the course of the examination or on the content of the certificates must be submitted. If necessary, further documents must be provided after further requests from the competent authority.

They have the appropriate means, materials and staff to carry out training events, take examinations and issue certificates.

Submit an application to the competent authority. The latter will ask them to submit the necessary documents.

If you want to take tests or issue certificates in accordance with the Chemicals Climate Protection Ordinance, you must be recognised by the competent authority.
