Measures of disadvantage compensation are intended to compensate for the negative effects of a disability or chronic illness on participation in studies, so that you can participate in your studies on an equal footing and show your performance.

The examination regulations of your respective degree programme contain separate regulations for this.

• Medical certificate
• which specific requirements are to be placed on the medical certificate are regulated by the universities in the respective examination regulations

• medical certificate, the requirements of which can be found in detail in the examination regulations of the courses of study of the individual universities

• Application with presentation of a certificate to the respective examination office of the university

The application must be submitted in good time before the respective examination.
