In the event of theft or loss of the company card, a replacement card may be issued.

In the event of theft, a theft report from the police must be submitted to the competent authority. Only then can a new company card be applied for.

The new company card must be applied for within 7 calendar days, stating the reasons for the early application.

A new company card will be issued to the applicant within 5 working days from the receipt of the complete application documents.

The expiry date of the company card to be replaced corresponds to the expiry date of the previous company card if the remaining term is more than 185 calendar days.

Upon issuance of the replacement card, the replaced card loses its validity. A recovered card must be returned to the competent authority.

Responsibility lies with the State Trade Inspectorate.

The application must be submitted personally by the entrepreneur, an authorised representative or an authorised person.
