If a company card is damaged or can no longer be used due to a malfunction, a replacement card must be requested from the competent authority.
In the event of an application for replacement of the company card due to damage or malfunction, the no longer usable card must be returned to the competent authority.
The application must be submitted personally by the entrepreneur, an authorised representative or an authorised person.
