If you have a temporary permit to operate a prostitution business and would like to extend it, you must apply to the competent authority.

If you operate a prostitution business (prostitution establishment, prostitution agency, prostitution vehicle or prostitution event) and have been granted a temporary permit, you can apply to have it extended, provided that the conditions for granting the permit continue to apply.

Sole proprietorship (natural person):

• Identity card, passport, electronic residence permit if applicable
• Operating concept
• Certificate of good conduct for submission to an authority according to document type "0", or European certificate of good conduct

Companies (legal entities) e.g. GmbH:

• Current excerpt from the commercial register / register of cooperatives
• Copy of the articles of association
• Operating concept
• Identity card, passport, electronic residence permit for the legal representative if applicable
• Certificate of good conduct for submission to an authority according to document type "0" for the legal representative, or European certificate of good conduct

For prostitution vehicle license additionally:

• Operating license (registration certificate part I and part II)

• The relevant requirements of the original permit are still fulfilled

• You submit the application for renewal of the permit to operate a prostitution business and the relevant documents to the competent authority.
• The competent authority will review the application and, if necessary, carry out a new background check.
• If the check is positive, the competent authority will extend the permit.

Operating a prostitution business without a valid permit is an administrative offense.
