If you have a temporary prostitution permit to operate a prostitution business and would like to extend it, you must apply to the competent authority.

If you operate a prostitution business through a proxy and have a temporary prostitution permit, you can apply to have this extended. The prerequisite for the extension is that the relevant requirements continue to be met.

Permit according to § 12 ProstSchG of the operator of the prostitution business

An existing permit pursuant to Section 12 ProstSchG or an application pursuant to Section 12 ProstSchG must have a link to the application for a prostitution permit

Is based on the respective administrative fee schedule of the federal state or on the fee statutes of the authorities responsible under federal state law.

You submit the application for renewal of the proxy permit and the relevant documents to the competent authority.

The competent authority will check the documents and, if necessary, carry out a new background check.

If the check is positive, the competent authority will extend the deputy permit.

The operation of a prostitution business by a proxy without a valid permit constitutes an administrative offense.
