Who
- trade in livestock on a commercial basis or
- transport livestock commercially or as part of the division of labor in livestock production or
- operate an assembly center,
must notify the competent authority. Changes must also be reported immediately.
The notification must contain the following information:
- name and address
- in the case of the operation of a collection point: the location of the collection point
Applications for issuance or approval can be submitted to the competent authority without any specific formal requirements.
