Correction of inaccuracies or incompleteness in the voters' register.

If you consider the electoral roll to be inaccurate or incomplete, you can lodge an objection against the electoral roll with the electoral authority. The appeal will be decided within 3 days. The voters' register shall also be corrected ex officio if the electoral roll is manifestly inaccurate or incomplete and the deficiencies are not the subject of opposition proceedings.

The objection to the voters' register must be filed in writing or for writing within the inspection period at the electoral authority.

The electoral authority shall decide on the appeal within three days.

The objection must be filed within the inspection period from the 20th to the 16th day before the election.
