They must also submit a business registration.

The notification must state the surname, first name and address of the operator, the place and time of the start of operation, the type of drinks and food intended for sale and the type of operation. It must also be stated whether the intention is to offer alcoholic beverages.

If alcoholic beverages are to be served, further documents must be submitted.

• Proof of requested information from the central trade register for submission to the authorities
• tax clearance certificate

- for notification by a natural person: according to time spent, at least € 36.60

- for notification by a legal entity with one legal representative: according to time spent, at least € 66.00; for each additional legal representative, the fee increases according to time spent, at least by € 18.00

- when serving alcoholic beverages, the fee is increased by €12.00 for each natural person and each legal representative

The competent authority must be notified in writing four weeks before the start of operation.

The obligation to notify applies accordingly to the operation of branches, a dependent branch, the relocation of the business premises, the expansion of the range of services and the discontinuation of the business. The competent authority must be notified immediately in writing of any changes to the notification submitted.
