You can achieve this by applying to the land registry for one plot of land to be added to the other (main plot of land).
This creates a uniform new plot of land from previously independent plots of land, which in some cases can be used more sensibly from an economic point of view.

The legal status of the land must always be clearly recognisable. - The properties involved should be immediately adjacent to each other in the same land register and cadastral district.

If the requirements are met, the land registry enters the attribution in the land register.
The connected properties lose their independence.
