§ Section 20(1)(2) of the Brandenburg Surveying Act (BbgVermG)

You want to transfer existing parcels of land in the land register to a new property and need the application to be certified by the land registry authority or a publicly appointed surveyor.

Individual or several parcels of land can be reclassified as a new plot of land in the land register by dividing a plot of land. The publicly appointed surveyors and the representatives of the cadastral authorities of the districts and independent cities are authorized to certify the signatures of applications for the division of a plot of land in the land register.

The head of the cadastral authority and the employees commissioned by him or her as well as the publicly appointed surveyors (ÖbVI) are authorized to publicly certify applications for the unification or division of plots of land in accordance with Section 20(1)(2) of the Brandenburg Surveying Act (BbgVermG).
