Systems for taking back sales packaging must be approved by the competent Supreme Waste Management Authority.
Informal application as well as suitable evidence according to § 18 paragraph 1 and 1a of the Packaging Act (VerpackG). These include:
- Application for approval as a dual system according to § 18 Para. 1 VerpackG
- Proof of financial capacity according to Section 18 (1a) VerpackG
- Commercial register extract
- Appointment of a waste officer according to § 2 No. 3a) AbfBeauftrV
- Public-law contract on the joint use of collection devices for collecting non-packaging of the same material - "Hamburg recycling bin" with the Hamburg AöR municipal cleaning service
- Confirmation of SRH's submission to the applicable voting agreement
- Signed contracts for the collection, sorting and recycling of the waste glass, lightweight packaging and waste paper fractions
- Declaration of submission to the existing coordination agreement with Stadtreinigung Hamburg AöR (as the public waste management authority)
- PPK joint use agreements according to Section 33 (4) VerpackG
- Contract for the acceptance and recycling of used beverage cartons
- Financing agreement with the Central Office for Packaging Register in accordance with Section 18 (1) No. 5 Packaging Act
