Geodata/basic geodata include data from the real estate map, geotopographic data, city maps and aerial photographs.

The digital geodata/geobasis data is provided in various data formats:

  • NAS
  • DXF
  • DWG
  • ESRI-Shape
  • Postscript
  • PDF

Online provision takes place via WMS or WFS service.

Use of online services

The data is provided exclusively in the coordinate reference system (CRS) ETRS89/UTM 32N, EPSG 25832.

  • Expertise in dealing with geodata
  • existing DP system for data processing (GIS, CAD)
  • written announcement of the purpose of use (intended use)
  • written announcement of the number of usage, number of workstations

Kosten

Data is subject to a fee in accordance with VermWertKostV if it is issued by the surveying office as part of a service (on request, order or application). Data is free of charge if it is downloaded by the user independently from a freely accessible portal.

Verfahrensablauf

  1. Order by e-mail, fax, online order, post or personal appearance by prior appointment.
  2. Data delivery by e-mail, via FTP server (e-mail with download link) or external hard disk.
