If you are the owner of a plot of land for which a soil protection order has been issued, you must notify the authority when you sell the plot of land in question.
Anyone who is the owner of land with a soil protection order must report this to the relevant authority upon sale.
The notification shall be made in writing immediately after the declaration of conveyance.
